What is LIB MSP?

LIB MSP is the Liberia Motorcycle Safety (Training) Program, a tailored program aimed to provide a standardize, cut across and affordable road users’ safety training services, intended to be taught across Liberia seventy-three (73) political Districts.   This program is organized to give equal access to all legal aged persons interested to learn their safe presence on Liberia’s road by knowing their roles and responsibilities as a road user, and obligation to other road users.

LIB MSP training program covered pedestrians, passengers, scooter users, bicycle riders and motorcycle drivers’ safety education, all these users have equal rights on all public roads according to the United Nations global roads policies, but these rights go with responsibilities across the globe.

Globally All road users should know the rules of the road to help reduce incidents of injuries, disabilities, untimely deaths and the destruction of personal and public properties, those education are to be sanctioned by the local government of every member Countries of the United Nations, UN, to comply with.

In June 2011 the WoGeS Vehicle & Motorcycle Safety Training, WVMSTS now Lib MSP signed the United Nation Declared Decade of Action for Road Safety 2011-2020, a framework that is now extended to the year 2030, to help educate, as a mean of reducing road fatalities, training of all those common educations that they are not aware of that result to violence of all kinds is our goal!
