To contribute to the national economy through the public, private, partnership framework of Government, not depending on national government to do everything, we will educate and create employment opportunities across Liberia.

To develop programs encouraging group participation for common good than violence, educating every participant of government and global public safety compliance

Our Vision

LIB MSP Mission are:

To make Liberia motorcycle sector number one in Africa, by re-allying with the American motorcycle safety sector which made Liberia the first user of police motorcycle escort on the continent.

To give the over 65% passionate youthful population of motorcycle users the privilege to maximize their potential from commercial, to professional and recreational, motorcycling including safaris, racetrack and VIP escort training.

To make sure every participant gets training through audio, video and graphic resources, in line with the United Nations global educational standards.
