About our Courses
The Liberia Motorcycle Safety Training Program aimed to provide a standardize and affordable road users training services across Liberia seventy-three (73) political Districts.
This program is scheduled to give equal access to all legal aged persons interested to learn their safe presence on Liberia’s road by knowing their roles and responsibilities as a road user, and to others.
Lib MSP training program covered pedestrians, scooter users, bicycle riders, to motorcycle safety operations, all these users have equal rights to all public roads according to the United Nations global roads policies, but these rights go with responsibilities across the globe. Globally All road users must know the rules of the road to help reduce incidents of injuries, disabilities, untimely deaths and the destruction of personal and public properties, those education are to be sanctioned by the local government of every member Countries of the United Nations, UN.
In June 2011 the WoGeS Vehicle & Motorcycle Safety Training, WVMSTS now Lib MSP signed the United Nation Declared Decade of Action for Road Safety 2011-2020, now extended to 2030, to help reduce road fatalities, training of all is our Mission!
Our Courses
scooter safety training educates riders on the fundamental aspects of operating a scooter. This includes understanding the mechanics of the scooter.
Passenger Safety Training
Tri and bicycle safety training equips cyclists with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate roads and trails safely, preventing accidents and injuries.
Tricycle Safety Training Motorcycle safety training is not just about learning to ride; rather, it’s about cultivating a mindset of safety and responsibility.

Motor Car Safety TrainingTraining Centers
Liberia has fifteen (15) Counties with seventy-three (73) political districts, each resident of these districts must have equal access to civil education to ensure a safe and stable environment. The fifteen (15) Counties are shared into three regions of five (5) Counties in each, each training center is strategically located for easy access to all interested person to acquire knowledge.

Our Training Strategies
Our strategy is to ensure every participant learns through Audio, Visual, and Graphic means, each taking home a material to read from at their convenience to ensure they learn at their own time, reading builds more intellect.
Our National Plan
Our National Plan is to afford every Counties of Liberia equal opportunities to learn public safety, especially road safety.
Region One (1) member Counties
R1-1 Lofa, 1-2 Gbarpolu, 1-3 Grand Cape Mount, 1-4 Bomi and 1-5 Montserrado
Each political District will have at least three (3) preferred places for in and outdoors training facilities. Please click on your preferred place and register. As soon as the number reaches thirty (32), our office will dispatch a Training Team based on the category of training available, single Class or group Class
Region Two (2) member Counties
R2-1 Bong, 2-2 Nimba, 2-3 Margibi, 2-4 Grand Bassa and 2 -5 Rivercess

Our 2030 Expectation
By the year 2030 in line with the UN Decade of Action for Road Safety, the Liberian Road Users environment would be pal with global expectation.
